(3) The Navigator menus (target, widget) are currently completely driven by PHEDEX.Core.Widget.Registry registered widgets. It should be possible to add other menus that lead the user to static content, for example to present some static documentation or list of links to external resources. Adding these new menu items should be easily done via some configuration object.
